TERMS & CONDITIONS
subject of the contract
Terms of delivery
The delivery time of equipment is 3 (three) – 6 (six) weeks from the date of receipt of pre-payment.
Prices
The prices per item of the Equipment on conditions EXW – Riga (Dreilini), Latvia (Incoterms 2010).
Term of payment
The payments for the Equipment should be made in the following way:
Prepayment at the rate of 50% of the total value of the Contract will be effected by the Buyer within 3 (three) working days from the moment when the Contract by both Parties is signed.
Payment 50% of the total value of the Contract will be effected within 3 (three) working days on receipt of official confirmation from the Seller with the information that the Equipment is ready for dispatch.
The Date of Dispatch of the Equipment is understood to be the date of Equipment transfer from the stock of the Seller to the Buyer on conditions EXW – Riga, Latvia (Incoterms 2010).
All the banking charges should be borne by the Buyer, in Seller’s country – by the Seller.
Packaging
Packaging of the Equipment in accordance to the transportation rules and shall give reasonable protection from any damage during transport.
Warranty
Warranty period of the Equipment is 12 (twelve) months from the delivery date of Equipment. Warranty applies to elimination of defects in parts and structures of Equipment.
Warranty does not applied for the wear and tear parts (membrane, safety devices, belts, filters, etc.), also the parts and units which are out of operation because of the Buyer’s fault or improper handling.
